About RGB+
RGB+ is a leading software company with products for transportation, logistics, and vehicle recovery, founded in 1999 by Remco Groot Beumer. Over the years, RGB+ has grown autonomously from a foundation focused on custom work into a fully-fledged product company, with the support of the OVSoftware Group.
Since 2011, the OVSoftware Group has been involved behind the scenes as a co-shareholder, supporting RGB+ as a stable sparring partner with a focus on sustainable growth. Matters such as finance, HR, and legal affairs were handled by the OVSoftware Group’s shared back-office, creating more room for entrepreneurship and product development. The professionalization step
In mid-2019, Remco Groot Beumer chose to pursue other projects and fully handed over the reins to the OVSoftware Group, which appointed the current managing director, Freek van Bokhoven.
